E-Governance and Public Services in Local Governments: Study of The Taspen Smart Card Programfor Pension Fund Services in Makassar City and Pinrang Regency

This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-Government through Taspen Smart Card Program in pension fund services State Civil Service. used a combination method concurrent triangulation design (a balanced mix quantitative and qualitative). The major instrument was questionnaire interview. There were participants that involved as samples informants this study. number 40 2 people informants. taken using probability sampling techniques. data analyzed regression analysis technique. results indicated e- Government Service Pinrang Makassar Regency is running very well. based on average score obtained 139.6 or 87.25% which indicates fall into good category. Furthermore, also shows has positive significant effect by 33.3% remaining 66.7% due existence other programs issued government.
